Technical Specifications - Evolution* Duo Cam Locking System

The Duo Cam bi directional high security locking system features twin cams at each locking point. The smooth reverse action gearbox operates so that the cams travel simultaneously into their double entry striker keep. This provides exceptional levels of security and any attempt to force one cam from its closed position only forces its twin further into the striker keep.

The duo cam incorporates a revolutionary new design of stabilised mushroom cam combined with additional fixing points, meaning the Evolution Duo Cam surpasses the security offered by the majority of other shootbolt and espagnolette locks available. This has enabled the Duo cam to achieve approval under the Official Police Security initiative and hold a secure By Design license as well as BBA approval
